and with five highly skilled SWIFT-certified consultants, CIS consulting department has been recognized by SWIFT as
a solution provider, and has been awarded SWIFT Ready Services label.

We can offer broad range of services, including:
• Installation and configuration of Alliance-based SWIFT system
CIS consulting department has twelve years of experience and has built over one hundred Alliance-based SWIFT messaging systems in nine European countries.
As we worked with small banks, having a single-user license, as well as with medium-size banks with 40+ user license, we have learned how
to customize SWIFT messaging system to meet the needs of every customer.
Independent surveys, conducted by SWIFT, have continuously shown high level of satisfaction of our clients.
• Upgrades and migrations of Alliance interfaces
We have performed hundreds of upgrades of Alliance interfaces, both on Windows and UNIX platforms.
Also, we have successfully worked on number of migrations from non-Alliance to Alliance interfaces, working with interfaces
like TurboSWIFT, STLink etc.
We have conducted several cross-platform migrations of Alliance interfaces, mainly moving UNIX-based systems to Windows.
• Continuous support and system maintenance
Our research has shown that as SWIFT system becomes more and more complex, with more frequent changes,
banks are finding very difficult to provide skilled, in-house support for it. This is why many banks have recognized the value
of our continuous support and system maintenance service.
This service includes both on-site and phone support, and it covers problem resolutions, system configuration changes,
system upgrades and continuous education.
• Implementation of SWIFTNet connectivity solutions
Our certified specialists have provided support in number of cases when a complex connectivity solution was needed.
This includes situations where a site needs to have more than one connection to SWIFT network, either for backup purposes, or
because there is a need to balance services across different network connections.
• Integration of ADK components into Alliance Access system
CIS consulting department has helped a number of customers to implement various ADK enhancements of their Alliance Access systems,
mainly to support installation of various Anti Money Laundering (AML) solutions.
• Development of backup strategies
Our vast experience and large customer base has been a driving force in the implementation of backup solution for Alliance-based
SWIFT systems. Our solution provides a daily backup of SWIFT system, with the restore point being set at the end of the last business day.
The backup process is controlled by CIS proprietary software, and backup solution includes one or more backup servers.
• Implementation of DRS sites
Banks are becoming increasingly aware of the necessity to have an independent and functional disaster recovery site (DRS) for their
SWIFT-related operations. CIS solution for DRS implementation includes independent connection to SWIFT network, daily transfer of
backups from primary site and standard operating procedure (SOP) for performing regular availability tests.
