SWIFTReady Connectivity –Best Practice - 2009-12-04

In November 2009 SWIFT Partner Management has awarded the SWIFTReady Connectivity label to CIS, in recognition of its full compliance with the 2009 criteria for the SWIFTReady Connectivity –Best Practice label. CIS has doubled the capacity of its links to SWIFT - 2009-06-03

Due to a constant rise in SWIFT traffic and in accordance with the CIS mission to deliver high-quality services, the capacity of the links to SWIFTNet has been doubled. This implies improved efficiency and response time, as well as opens possibilities of introducing new services and connectiong new clients to CIS SWIFT Service Bureau.

Domain name change - 2008-06-01

This is to notify that CIS doo Novi Sad, Serbia has, as of 1 June 2008, changed its internet domain name.
It has been changed from cis.co.yu to cis-eu.net. This change applies to CIS web site address, www.cis.co.yu has been changed to www.cis-eu.net , the same change applies to all of the e-mail addresses related to CIS, for example vladimir@cis.co.yu has been changed to vladimir@cis-eu.net .
For future contacts please use CIS new internet domain name and new e-mail addresses.

RMA mandatory test completed - 2008-03-21

All CiS customers successfully completed RMA mandatory test, completed Readiness confirmation form and sent Live RMA messages for a first time. Next step is to exchange one RMA authorisation with yourself per month until T2 (27.September 2008.)

CiS SB DRS test - 2008-01-24

Mandatory Service Bureau test. Since CIS, as a SWIFT Service Bureau, have obligation toward SWIFT to perform testing of their alternative location (SB Novi Sad) once in 6 months, testing was successfully implemented from 14. january 2008 to 18. january 2008, when all FIN and FileAct traffic from the customers was rerouted from production site (SB Belgrade) to disaster recovery site (SB Novi Sad).

RMA video - 2007-12-17

SWIFT Customer Deployment Team sent RMA video download reminder. All customers who didn't participate in RMA RoadShow need to download RMA video in order to be aware RMA transition. All information about RMA can be find on www.swift.com/Phase2

RMA test - 2007-12-01

RMA authorisation with SWIFT test system avilable. It is now able to send authorisation to SWHQBE90 and automatically receive answer.
