| SWIFT Regional Partners
|
SWIFT co-operates with a network of external partner companies who act in selected countries or regions
on SWIFT's behalf, they are called SWIFT business partners. These companies are responsible for promotion
and remarketing of SWIFT products, such as SWIFTAlliance systems, and SWIFTNet services to existing and new
customers. They also provide product installation services and sometimes required integration works. Some
business partners aslo offer local Helpdesk services to customers.
In 2004, CIS has been selected to act as a SWIFT Business Partner for the Balkan Region, on the basis of its
previously-developed strong customer basis. In this role, CIS performs the activities related to the promotion
and remarketing of SWIFT Alliance Interfaces
and SWIFTNet Solutions.

In 2008, SWIFT established new Partner programme with CiS as Regional Partner for Balkan Countries.
This partnership is confirmed in 2009 and 2010 also.
